Wow! What an amazing experience we had this weekend! Thank you Lord! He has truly been good to each of us! I can’t say enough how grateful I am to each of you! Thank you for participating; thank you for supporting; thank you for absolutely everything each of you did to make this weekend possible!
Cachet, Cachet, Cachet — I really can’t say thank you enough! I honestly don’t know what to say to express our gratitude to you and Ms. Georgia for spending your weekend with us. The both of you are truly a blessing and I pray we will fellowship again soon!
Thank you so much. I am so humbled by the kind words and displays of affection to our ministry. Thank you Kim, Lore, Pat and Sonja for your patience and diligence. Thank you for allowing me the honor of worshiping the Lord with you. I truly love you guys and I pray that everyone received from the Lord what they came expecting.
I can’t wait to see the dvds and photos! As soon as we have them we will let you know and post them for your enjoyment! God bless you!
Good evening and praise the Lord everyone,
I was just talking with sister Katrece from In His Image Prophetic Dance ministry in MD. We were talking about the vision of God for this event. She mentioned that I should write down the vision that God gave me and that she would do the same. And God reminded me that this isn’t about us. He didn’t give me this vision for it to be about an ‘anniversary’. It’s not about dancing or shouting. This is to be about Him. This call is about His salvation. It’s about worshiping Him in spirit and in truth. Unfortunately, there are some of us that do not understand the seriousness of this walk nor the responsibility of this gift. My Utmost for His Highest is a cry of submission, cleansing and purity. It’s a cry – a shout to the Lord, that yes I give my all to you Lord. You are the sovereign King. My life is for your Glory. I will trust you Lord; not my will but thy Will be done Lord. Use me according to your divine purpose.
The time is now. The time to trust God is now. The time to believe Him is now. The time to run to Him is now.
We don’t have the luxury — nor the right! — to try to guess when the Lord will descend from heaven with the sound of the trump. We can’t be foolishly looking for ’signs’ just so that we can do what we want and then switch sides at the end. It’s not going to be that way. Oh and I’m sorry to say but dancing will not get any of us into heaven.
“Be ye holy, for I am holy”
I am not perfect. Can I have that as my disclaimer? But I purposely choose to work towards His perfection.
“Lord reveal the areas of our lives that we have not given completely to you. Give us the courage to stand for you without wavering. I pray for all of us who are called by Your name. Lord Jesus, we need you! Help me to be who you ordained me to be. Help me to put you first; to listen and obey as you lead me each day. Prepare me to respond only as you would have me as I confront the events of the day. Take over — Move by your precious Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
Praise the Lord! Let me introduce the St. James AME Zion Adult Liturgical dancers. These are all blessed women of God, dedicated to His calling, hearing and obeying His word.

- Pat Briddell
- Lore’ Chambers
- Sonja Dashiell
I lean on these women of God. They are my sisters, my friends and we keep each other lifted in prayer. They are co-laborers, encouragers, comedians and often times a shield of protection. I thank God for them in my life. God is awesome!
I posted the event on this site a while back. Here is the link:

Some of our out-of-town featured guests will include: Choreographer Cachet Bailey of Tye Tribbett & G.A. Worldwide Ministries; Evangelist Dina Hubert and her youth dancers from New York; Youth In Praise dance ministry from Beltsville, MD; and For His Glory Prophetic Dance ministry – Prophetess Ebony Johnson of Covington, GA.
Glory to His Name! Thank you Lord Jesus!
We are about a month away and excitedly anticipating the way the Lord will move in all of our lives. And just as excited about how He is ALREADY moving! He is truly awesome and I know that healing, deliverance, restoration, salvation and His goodness and mercy will truly abound amongst His people. Our ministry will be embarking on a time of prayer and fasting collectively to truly hear from the Lord and be used by Him. That’s what we desire with all of our hearts – just to be used by Him! It’s truly an honor and a privilege to be a servant. Our prayers are for His body – the church. Lets embrace our difference. We are set apart for a purpose – a peculiar people. Lets live our lives in a way that the world can’t understand. Lets forgive, love, joy and come together…Lets get ready to meet Him in the air! Be blessed…
Smooches,
Tamara

Dear Minister of Praise,
I’d like to cordially invite you to what started out to be a 5th Annual Liturgical Dance Anniversary but is now a life-changing, yoke-breaking call to render praise, worship and warfare in this season. Jesus is calling for total commitment now in every area of our lives. There can no longer be any wavering or holding on to the former things. It is our reasonable service to offer our bodies as living sacrifices for His Glory. Therefore, the theme for this event is, My Utmost for His Highest. We are very excited about all of the ways the Lord is blessing and moving on our behalf.
We are planning a full weekend that begins with our Dance Workshop to be held on Saturday, August 9th 2008. This is an open call to all dance and step ministries to participate. During this time all participants will be taught the song that will be our opening selection for Sunday as directed by our guest choreographer. Saturday’s workshop is scheduled from 1pm to 4pm and Sunday’s service will begin at 4pm.
Again, our theme for this event is: My Utmost for His Highest. Our scripture comes from I Peter 1:13-25 with an emphasis on verses 15-16, ‘But just as He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; (16) for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.” New Living Translation
We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. Prepare your teams (dance, mime and steppers) to minister at least one selection each. I thank you in advance for your prayers, support and all the ways that we will be blessed as you show forth His praise.
